Hiring Process

1. Recruiter Phone Interview

You'll spend time digging into strengths, growth areas, and general work background.

2. Hiring Manager Phone Interview

You'll chat with the hiring manager - they'll ask more specific questions related to your job, hard skills, and experience.

3. Work Project

You'll do a project that should offer you insight into the day-to-day of the role, and you will be paid for your time spent on the project.

4. Comprehensive Interviews

You'll meet with various members of the team - people you'll be working closely with, those sitting on the team you will sit on, and some members of our executive team.

5. CEO Interview

If you haven't yet, you'll be able to meet with our CEO and founder, Adeel Khan!
